As far as classes deposits are none refundable but only at the Instructors discretion. Register at least 7 days prior to classes. Registration closes 7 days ahead of class. If a class is cancelled by the instructor your deposit will be returned.
If you cancel, we are reasonable, If something happens with your family or health call and talk to us. 267-374-0187.
And there is no way you have to be a nurse to work with me!!! I just want to help you learn how to help yourself and others!!!!
Either send PayPal from my other page with classes and sessions where the link is or send a check to my address. I prefer you download the registration form and send it to me with a check. If you do PayPal just send the registration form or your name, address, phone, email. In the case of higher level classes, send proof of the levels you took along with the instructors you took them with. You can call HTP to have them find a class that you took. They have a large database. Or talk to me verbally about it. 267-374-0187.

If you register through PayPal you must include all your pertinent info so I can reach you. The confirmation letter should reach you in time for class.
